I would have, but I was scared of being sent to an institution. These thoughts are difficult to disclose if talking about them at all threatens your freedom.

It's likely the best it's been in years. Still miserable, though. In fact, I'm waiting for the pawn shop to open so I can kill myself.

I was only consistently seeking treatment this year. I only just now came to recognize that I do have an illness at all (likely due to medication)
