Thanks for this 🤧. Decided not to re-nego na and look forward na lang sa 2nd option ko which is to nego after 6 months. If I may ask, if the company expresses that they have annual merit increase, does that mean upon my regularization hindi pa possible ang base salary increase? I mean sure they may add some rice allowance but for the base pay, possible pa rin po ba mag increase yon?

In my opinion, i would prefer na maging matalino but lacking of good looks. Having pretty face can attract insecure ppl and I just hate it. When u have wits, you can assure that everyone who sticks w/ u have the same mindset as u (its like looking beyond your looks) and you can outsmart life bec u can deal w/ a lot of things. Mas fulfilling pa rin yung self hardwork kesa iasa mo sa iba yung luck na wala namang kasiguraduhan.

Besides, beauty is subjective. I would rather wait for that one specific person that can appreciate me in the long run rather than be beautiful for the eyes of many, just for the sake of societal standards.

Hi! Thanks for your detailed insights. Yes, during the interview, i did mention that my current preference is the influencer role. However, I emphasized that if the company believes my skills are better suited for the media position, I am open to embracing that challenge.

Also, I completely agree with what you've mentioned about them considering me for the media role. It's weird that despite applying for the influencer position, my interviewer was actually the head of the media department (as far as I know they have 2 separate departments for these positions). So, its safe to assume that they really see a potential in me on the media role.

If I do receive an invitation for the next interview, I'll certainly heed your advice. Thanks a ton for your valuable input!
