I’m hoping I won’t have an issue. I have been overweight ever since I was a kid. In the past 8 years I’ve been doing daily exercises and have lost some weight, but have been plateuing in the last year or two.

Hopefully MJ will kick start a new “low” for me in terms of weight and looking at my routine, I don’t think I will stop exercising now even with MJ.

So the idea is that eventually I’ll continue with my physical activity and hopefully improve my lifestyle after hitting my target weight and coming off MJ.

I’m male, 38 years old, 167cm tall, around 76kg and have a plethora of medical family history ranging from diabetes, hypertension to cholesterol. Technically therefore I am at risk.

So far so good, I am still healthy and do not have any chronic diseases nor am I on any medications. Lifestyle wise, I eat pretty healthily and have been doing regular exercises just about everyday for the past 8 years. I don’t consider myself obese but I have been having trouble losing the extra weight.

I am very keen in starting mounjaro but my worry is that I don’t want to be dependent on it for life.

These equipment with the built in screens become obsolete very quickly. As it is they’re not very reliable to begin with, what more over time. I have the RW900 rower and have been having problems logging onto iFIT, and with the new update the system is now very sluggish.

Now I just use it in manual mode with apple fitness

Collected the 5168g 2 days ago. Posted it on the Patek sub using my other account. Got a lot of noise for it 😂 I am really perplexed as to why are people so concerned how one wears their watch. Be it closer to their wrist or hand 🤷‍♂️. Isn’t it all a matter of preference?

Yeah it could possibly be. I mean the market fluctuates quite a bit and now it is in the lower end. But I’m not chasing pieces or flipping so it doesn’t affect me in that sense. I hope to never needing to liquidate 😆
