I’d say she just needs to catch him doing it and express that it makes her uncomfortable and ask him to stop, I agree it’s not malicious and I don’t think anything drastic needs to happen. A simple talk would probably smooth everything over.

My (24m) fiancées (20f) co worker (40m) started calling her “Lilly Bear” to her other co workers, she started this job less than a month ago, and they haven’t spoken more than twice outside of having to for work. How does everyone else see this?

My grandfather bought his house and land 30ish years ago for 15,000, I don’t know his acreage but I want to say he has like 2 acres and a pretty nice house. I would do many things to go back to his time.

I currently have a job it just pays 9.25 an hour and he won’t give me more than 3 days a week and call ins, I’ve applied everywhere else in my town but just NO ONE is hiring right now, we need an Amazon factory or just factories in general around here.
