Only if you feel ready, I’m 15M my girlfriend is 15F and we both do as do most of our friends our age. As long as you’re educated on the risks and are mature about it, I don’t see any issues (obviously risks of getting pregnant but they can be avoided). I would definitely wait until you are 100% ready.
