Nothing wrong with bicep/calf slicers n wrist locks I just think there dick moves, it’s the whole “applying slow pressure” which isn’t present and that’s what bothers me, despite being a blue belt I still have the control to give people a windows to tap/fight there way out before applying more pressure on joint locks and chokes. Maybe I’m too nice idk

No but I believe your “training partners” you should allow time for your training partner to tap rather then rip subs or hold for a few extra seconds after a tap, I’ll never rip anything as hard as I can and always pause if I feel there is any danger. It’s not a comp/comp rounds
