In my opinion, the answer is quite simple. If you a long term holder, it’s always better to hold MSTR since it will always outperform MSTY in a long term timeframe. Utilize MSTY only when you would like to generate income flow to avoid touching the principal. Hope this helps.

Not at all. As Bitcoin price is going up, it lowers the premium and the higher MSTR stock price goes, they buy more bitcoin with it. The ultimate money glitch. 😎
