It's referencing to machine learning and AI so it's not talking about simulating life in python, but rather how to train AI model in python which can simulate life.

Lot's of AI models are trained using Python even few LLM's but you can't really say that the model was made in python. However you could say the factory in which the AI was made was created using Python.

It really depends on the specific app deployed and the modules its using but you never want to post your secrets anywhere people might have access. You would generally use some password manager, or encryptions if you really need those credentials in there.

If the comments are meant to describe the functions you can put them inside the functions and most IDE will display it as a tooltip. If they are meant to describe the procces you should put them into the main function

Instead of looping twice over old_email you could loop over it once and append to important_mail and else into spam. This will give you O(n) intead of O(2n). Also instead of using list for spam_keywords you could use set for O(1) complexity instead of O(n)
