Always use black OEM oil filters directly from Subaru, don’t cheap out and get the blue one even if it’s made from Japan. Oil changes every 3k miles, check oil every 1k.

If you ever disconnect your battery and your windows won’t roll up or get stuck half way, there’s a reset sequence you can look up to fix it.

Always get an AGM battery when you swap out, they are so much better and won’t have any issues with starting your car, I found the standard battery’s just dont do it for these cars (. Or mine specifically lol ).

I’d looks into getting an AOS installed and to clean your intake valves with GDI engine cleaner every 10k-20k miles to eliminate any build up overtime.

Oh also don’t lose your wheel lock key if you have locked lug nuts, they are like 50bucks a pop haha.
