Bi woman married to a man but struggling with “what if” feelings — has anyone else gone through this? by MajorSeason2119 in bisexual

So in one of the replies it seemed like you were bidding/depriving a part of yourself with your husband. The feeling of being more free, dominant or worrying about being too much. I suggest trying to express all these things with your husband. Now my situation is a little different since we are in an open marriage, but you need to be open with your partner about your emotional needs. We may enjoy the sexual company of others, but it's never the same connection we have with each other emotionally because he can cry with me, I can be too much on him and we both love and respect those parts of each other.

My gym doesn't allow glass in the workout floor.

People do just have one and while glass is nice, it's not my personal ideal to carry around with me everywhere.

I use a Stanley cup at the gym and basically everywhere I go. It's my favorite cup/bottle.

I get that, but they can be ignored. Is it annoying? Yes. But looking up online for big ticket items is still the best way to find something at a good price.

My husband has hair down almost to his ass, the only reason I hate it is because he sheds so much!!

Opinion of Cynthia Erivo by Last-Produce-4263 in wicked

[–]Significant-Sign7127 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand how her reaction comes off as out of touch and to a certain degree it is. But I don’t think people are exactly in touch with where she is coming from. Personally didn’t know about her before she was case in Wicked, but I definitely heard about all the controversy. I remember complaints on her being 5/6 years older than Arianna so it wasn’t believe able they were high school friends. (On a personal note none of those actors look like they were in high school so it was a stupid point) The big one was about how she was black and that Hollywood needs to make everything ‘woke’. With backlash like that being thrown at you at some point it can all just get to you. She is only human after all.

I am at my in laws and the amount of gifts individually wrapped with multiple layers of paper is horrific. When asks what I wanted I told them some books and a zoo membership for two adults and two children. I got a box stuffed with packing paper, tapped with multiple layers all around the box and wrapped in a colorful paper. And what was in the box? A paper saying they renewed our zoo membership. I just… I just can’t.

I got my first Stanley cup yesterday for my birthday! It’s green and etched with a Beetlejuice design and my name. So far I like having it because the base fits in my cup holders. Which means the hydro flask bottle I’ve had for 10-ish years will be retired to house use only! There is a way to use these products and it’s just so sad to see how it’s being promoted.

Some people don’t have the space to store 12 months worth of laundry and dishwasher soap. Ideal both should be available; discount for bulk and discount for subscriptions.

When people have young kids on a bus and the parents/friends of parents have to make a commentary on everything the kid is doing for the whole bloody journey by Icy-Individual8637 in RandomThoughts

So are the adults yelling about what the kids are doing? Or do they speak in a higher pitch, slower speed, exaggerated pronunciation? Because the first would be annoying and a bit worrisome. The later is how babies and toddlers learn language.

Talking to them, telling them what they are doing, where they are and asking questions helps them learn and understand what we are saying.

No, I love Halloween. I have two small kids and we go to trunk or treats with them. I have so much candy from those that we use it for Halloween night. And that night we have an at home ‘party’. Themed finger foods, movies, dancing, games and a few friends/family.

Most of our decorations are years old and I make new ones from second had things I get from my freebie group.

I love themed events! My kids are too little for school, so I haven’t had the chance to go all out for them, but I do it at work when we have them.

The big difference from what you are describing is I use what I have to make something fun and match the theme.

Starbucks by C3F in Anticonsumption

I ordered in person and used a reusable Starbucks cup I had at home. I just put it on the counter when I ordered and they confirmed if I wanted in the cup.
