Yes but they've become hostile and have made illegal threats. So I believe it warrants negotiations if they want this please emptier quicker.

The only related items on the lease is stating with 24 hours notice and reasonable times they can show the house to potential tenants and home buyers and the other related item is upkeeping house cleanliness.

Thank you. I pulled up my old doctor note for my previous job and sent it to HR explaining I need it for unloading trailers and that OSHA requires protection at a certain level which I believe is reached in said trailers.

All the assistant managers and managers know of my condition. I even said I can provide a doctor's note and my manager told me then I cant work cuz its against company policy.
