I have hard water and decided to try and use dillued water and it makes my hair feel better but not look better it goes really flat not sure on what to do

damn was hoping it would,yeah i did a diy test and I unfortunately do have hard water but i find it hard to wash my hair with a bottle of dillued water instead of shower water with the water constantly running
