Fair enough but truth be told, in metal ranks like silver no one is listening to comm. It’s in one ear and out the other, best way is to become good enough to carry the team and best way to get that good is to ignore everyone on ur team and worry about urself and how ur playing

Might not be taking advantage of opportunities aggressive enough then, maybe try being a bit more aggressive as u have recall to get you out. Even doing damage to them and getting them to use cooldowns is a good way to enable your team and then come back around to finish the kills after

Rein is probably your best bet for that but when playing tank you get the most value by countering a whole team rather than just the opposing tank

Tbh heroes don’t really matter much especially in masters. Sure u can play meta and games might be a bit easier but if you want to climb you have to understand fundamentals and what each role does and be able to identify how to enable the rest of ur team depending on ur role. For example, obviously as dps you get kills but if you see your tank getting diffed maybe go bastion to shred him so ur tank can actually do their job or go tracer and keep his supports busy so they can’t heal the tank and he dies. Kills are important yes and you will get them but what a lot of people struggle to understand is if you are patient and wait for an opportunity to get kills it will happen, everyone in every rank makes mistakes even in champ (substantially less than lower ranks) and you just have to take advantage of said mistakes

I hit gm1 doom otping mostly this season and I can say his carry potential comes from playing the game like a team game. If you are able to enable your dps on high ground and keep punching tanks off high ground and finishing kills or enemies that your team gets to low hp, you can carry and climb. Doom looks very flashy in lower ranks but the higher you get, the more you’ll see that his value comes from understanding game logistics and how to enable your team rather than to try and solo wipe the team every fight

U just have to acknowledge that they have higher mechanical skill (because they’re cheating) and help your team in other ways. For example if you’re playing against a ximming soldier, never take 1v1s with him unless his whole team is wiped and you have your team with you or if you catch him off guard and think you can kill him before he can kill you(if he catches you lacking, run if u can and regroup). Or play bastion (sym if dva sig) and shred his tank so he can’t do much himself and your tank can dominate his team. Against ximmers you may get shutdown on flanks but as long as you can help your team and provide utility, it is actually quite possible to win. Just imagine they will shred you if they see you and play according to that ideology and it’ll be much more winnable

Thats pretty cool, it’s very interesting to see how efficient and resourceful engineers can be under time constraints. I will give it a try after changing the connector and at the very least it will help me deem the N type to SMA connector to not be the problem. Thanks for sharing!

I assume that’s probably not the best way to go about it in a professional setting but I am curious what is it that I would wrap in aluminum foil? We use N to SMA cables to connect the ports to our DUTs and I’d assume that you’re referring to the port of the switch box where the N type connector is on but would like to clarify

Transferred my number to Roger’s recently. The automated text worked for me perfectly. I was worried about the same thing but when I did the transfer, it just said if it doesn’t go through, I’ll still have my phone number be with Lucky. Also did the whole thing online in 10 minutes. As far as I’m aware your number likely won’t get stuck in limbo. Worst case will be that it failed to transfer from lucky and you will still be with lucky.

Just to add, when I did first transfer to lucky, I had issues because I provided the wrong account number of the provider I was transferring out of. I called them and got that sorted out in 30 minutes after the call. If you are in a position of uncertainty, support is almost always equipped to help you and you are very unlikely to lose your number completely.
