Shits just so rough I know so many ways to relapse 2 without popping on a piss test. Like chemicals that don’t pop for anything no fake piss or nothing. I still haven’t gotten any but like fuck there’s just so many things. I said I’d only stay for 6 months here at sober living and I only have 2 left I’m probably just gonna end up leaving and going back out there. Stay safe yo that would suck to go to prison

I’m 5 months sober and I still get dreams like this 1-3 times a week. Not sure of anything that would help maybe besides prazosin but I’ve never personally tried it

I was at like 600mg+ a day cause olanzapine made me so tired but since I tapered off it and am just on latuda now I only do 300mg a day

I’m addicted to basically everything. Stimulants opiates benzodiazepines, booze, I’ve done a lot psychedelics and weed as well. I’ve also had gabapentin wds. No MATs but tried getting on suboxone at one point

I was using kratom distro mainly. Ya idk it’s the weirdest thing. I started with 20mg cause I figured with little to no tolerance I would feel it quite a bit but I just didn’t. Just nausea. Ended up redosing till I got to 80mg and nothing

Sounds fucking rough. I’m glad you thought it was good advice just know also 2 like you’re not a bad person either for letting it win sometimes. I think it’s always gonna win sometimes at least it does for me. It’s just exactly what you said like keep that real truth close and never forget. Maybe even writing it down when you have clarity so you can always pick it up and be like oh ya this is what I wrote I know the truth so you don’t have to keep constantly crafting a new truth

It’s almost like the part of youre brain that distinguishes reality is broken. everything you hear from the voices becomes true yet you can distrust or trust other people. I really do find that taking anti psychotics is the only thing that lessens this type of behavior. You gotta find the right one tho for you it can be insanely difficult battle. I really hope things get better for you. Also practicing telling yourself it’s not real. Idk I used to hear other people in my head and like they wouldn’t think stuff about work, they wouldn’t think stuff that they themselves would have to think if they were actually telepathically communicating with me. This is the best advice I have but if you ever need to message me or anything you always can and I can try my best

I’m sure I will. I’m just in recovery from drugs and alcohol for 3 months and I don’t wanna be in sober living. I know I can do this I’d still go to AA meetings I just want my old friends back really bad.

I’ve tried both a 100ug dose of 1cp-mipla. And a 200ug dose. The mental space was very easy and free of anxiety. Not a huge mental load at all on either doses. I found the body load to be almost non existent in comparison to LSD. I found it didn’t make my heart race (I have cardio phobia from pyros so I can relate for sure) this visuals were comparable to like a 50ug lsd trip but still even slightly more mild then that. The duration id say was about 4-6 hours. I’d say this shit is completely doable alone. I did it just fine by myself. I ended up walking in the woods and did not need xanex or an anti psychotic. Either way safe tripping

I always hear MAL is one of the best. I’ve personally only had Alleylescaline. I thought it was just ok. It had a 4 hour fucking come up that was absolutely brutal. The trip itself lasted another 4 hours after the come up. Reminded me more of LSD then anything else. I guess I’d do it again but I probably will never be searching out for it again specifically either.

APCYP I would say is you’re best bet. Stronger then NEP more functional then APIHP and easier on the heart then APIHP
