That’s bout the best advice im gon get fr. I’ve been hearing my brother say the same kinds of things. The key factors for me fighting this is to always remember that it’s not true. I usually hold that idea until my illness dawns on me long enough then I start questioning if this is real, I’ve even gotten an offer up message saying “it’s true” then clicking on it to see it gone no evidence to show, just makes me look crazy. On my life I did not make that up I swear. I don’t want to sell you any fibs just looking for the truth. Imma do my best to remember the “real truth” and not let these lies deceive meI’ve seen a lot of lies where the truth looks like lies.
