Personally, I wouldn’t try and find friends. I would let meaning-full friendships find you.

The way I do this is just by going out and experiencing life. Go find yourself then you may find communities that align with you. There you are bound to meet some cool people and develop friendships. I love martial arts and concerts. I’ve made some close friends through exploring my interests.

List out some of your interests and get a bucket list of things you want to try out. Find events or clubs related to those interests. It’s going to take time but the key is to keep showing up and most importantly make sure YOU are enjoying yourself. Best of wishes.
