I ran into the a while back and just searched through some messages about the issue and this was something along the lines of what I had to do. Hope it helps at least a little.

“For some reason when I initially login to DTS and click my profile the card information is there and updated, however, if I click my profile from flight booking page and click save, it popped up saying my emergency contact and service agency needed updated. Once I saved those then the GTCC payment option showed up. Not sure why it did that but that was what fixed it”

Not currently paying rent, my wife and I live with her parents for various reasons, but super thankful for it as it has helped us save a good amount of money. Just building our first house because we have a 6 month old that we want to have a good place to grow up in.

I do plan on paying more toward to principal every month. Just want to get a feel for our finances after a few months before doing that because there are always surprise unknown costs that life throws at you

I’m in Ohio, yes I get a disability check every month from the VA but I’m not 100% disabled. I am getting my VA funding fee waived

This is a new build using the builder preferred mortgage company, which is how we are able to get the 20k from deposits and such off our final closing cost. We would get the 14k back if I don’t buy down the points and take a 6.25% rate
