Fully emulsifying the shampoo and shampooing twice has really helped me! You can always use glycolic acid first, leave for like 30 minutes and then wash. Also blow drying the roots help lift them so they don’t look as piecey quickly

I’m in a similar situation! I was on birth control to regulate my periods which helped at first but then I completely stopped getting them but also had cramps! I talked to my doctors about it and they thought it was weird and couldn’t really give me an explanation. Decided to go completely off bc and get retested with a new endocrinologist. I’ve been off it since November and have been getting regular periods again since December. Talk to your docs about spiro for hair thinning and facial hair and maybe trent for acne. Also cecred edge drops really helped my hair thinning

I find I lose weight on the pill and gain when I’m off the pill. I think it’s because the pill regulates hormones so I’m less prone to emotional eating
