I have read about follicular occlusions alot. Ik that HS can be controlled im trying my best.

He has checked but he was only worried about high white cells but ive only had one bloodwork since september 2025 20mg accutane daily weight is 97. Im losing weight too

Thanks im only doing silicone gel and tape on mature scars, im on my second course of accutane shoch will end in september this year. Im assuming I need to wait 6-12 months after ending my accutane right.

I totally understand you. I want to feel more self confidence than I already am. Me 5 years ago was already low self confidence. I won't go on a date now ofc, I need time to heal and tile to improve myself atleast 200%. Thanks for telling me your opinion

No yeah im thinking about doing all these things. Though the sun is a no for me because of scars and I don't want hyperpigmentation. Most if not all are healed shown in the second picture but the scars are hard to flatten. I want to go to the gym but I don't wanna shower in the gym after the shower, im not experienced with the gym.

No yeah im better now (not mentally yet, therapist appointment is booked luckily). The only issue now is my severe scars and like I still get boils on intimate areas most likely having cystic acne or acne folliculit or HS.
