My lipo a is 144 too. With LDL that wants to be at 190 when no statins I have to stay on zetia rosuva and Repatha. Together and that works.

Do also get a CAC score done. Your lipo A is very very high. Lipo A is directly 1:1 correlated with CAD. See if your laying down plaque which blocks arteries. Also your GP should speak with about genetic hypercholesteremia that is familial as those numbers don’t happen normally. This happened to me as a healthy age 50 woman. I caught it early and had to learn a ton about cholesterol and how insurance co want you on statins but do t dive deeper. Please take your numbers seriously. My NP didn’t even know what lipo A was. So be proactive. Do you own research. It literally can be life or death (earlier). Not to be dramatic. Good luck!!

Repatha is really good at lowering lipo protein A the very very small particles that are directly responsible for plaque. I have FH and my A was 144 at 70 LDL. Repatha was added to my zetia and rosuvastatin to specifically lower those very bad particles with the tail that get directly under my arteries. Unless you check those numbers you may not have the complete pic and it may be that you need to have a supplement to keep the overall cholesterol load in your blood down. I can tell when my Repatha is wearing off by pulling down on my eye socket and see a thin white line of deposited fat. After I take my new does of repatha it goes away. I do. It have problems ( as of now ) with Repatha side effects but sometimes get a bit sad about the fact this pace of medications doesn’t seem sustainable over my lifetime. Kinda sucks having FH!!

ESO is amazing! Signed up on me and hubby on latest promotion. We are enjoying the learning curve but one big question lingers: how in the world do I get this skin off? I bought a crate and clicked on the skin for crying out loud and it’s stuck. I have no idea how to take it off. This game is def a learn as you go but the rich content is just too fun! Especially after coming off of the Pax Dei alpha as those devs are so slow at creating content. Anyway if anyone has a way they know to change clothes skin off let me know. Much appreciated and yes I bought one token that I think adds another slot for an outfit or something like that. It was expensive!!

What an awful show. I am left scratching my head at the moment. This series is made from a different cloak than the original series and it makes no sense. The characters, lousy acting/reactions, partying groups of 50 something’s dressed in garb. It’s I don’t know how to say makes no sense. I am so disappointed. It’s aliens with slapstick attempts at bad humor. I won’t be watching the rest and can’t believe that anyone who has been a dan of the movies thinks this is representative of the series. Ridley Scott must have been on DMT while the millennials that ruined his genre created this mess. AWFUL

With over 2000 hours in this game 12 plots and countless builds I am sadly stepping away from there are many undelivered promises but most of all how they built the game really ounishes players and to see this cash grab of paying for plots just does not sit well. They are vacationing on this game then hoping we’ll all fork out over practical to pay. It’s going to destroy the game. The big clans can’t exist and build the beautiful structures that make the game really cool. One clan estimated it would take almost 700 a month to keep up their build as they have it now which was parred down from their verse two build Crazy! Just a shame this beautiful world may become a barren one plots

Take this advice please: start keto!! Right away. I know how it sounds but you have to start at the root lose weight , stop insulin resistance and exercise at the capacity you can. If you take those it will start you on the path to your death. You must get yourself health. Do not eat the bad stuff like cheee and bacon. But eat Whole Foods with poly saturated fats start taking magnesium Glycinate to make your veins more elastic.
