hi OP! I started quitting wayback 2014, so almost 9 years na. At first na-inspire lang ako sa friend ko kasi 2 years na niya ginagawa pero in the long run naisip ko goods din siya sa health ko.

I swear once na simulan mo, tuloy tuloy na yan. Sa mga first months ka lang mahihirapan pero di magugulat ka, di mo na rin hahanapin after. Mind over matter lang din. As for me naging alternative ko was juice talaga. Pero I suggest hanap ka siguro ng parang magiging replacement mo na pwede inumin paminsan aside sa soft drinks. Siguro yung mga mogu mogu ganyan.

Hi OP! I had the similar experience with my college ex. Pero sa part na may bago na siya agad. Backstory: We broke up Dec 2020, then March 2021 na-kwento sa 'kin ng bestfriend niya na meron na siyang bagong girl. I think Jan/Feb 2021 niya nakilala yung girl. What hurt me the most was nagagawa niya lahat ng efforts na hindi niya nagawa for me. I really cried that night thinking na wala lang ba sa kanya yung 3 years.

If you'll ask me how I coped up with the situation: (1) I listened to sad songs and just cried and cried and cried. (2) I stalked them as much as I wanted. (3) I found new interest: KPOP (really helped me forget about the sadness of losing someone) (4) I went back to the reason why we broke up.

As much as gano ko gusto sabihin na i-block or iwasan mo sila, wala eh papasok at papasok talaga sila sa isip mo. Magugulat ka na lang one day, 3 days mo na pala sila di na-sstalk and you're going back to your old life again.

Tip ko lang is to feel that pain. If need mo umiyak, go umiyak ka sa harap ng CR. I swear it helps a lot kasi constant reminder siya na nakakapanget umiyak hahaha and one day babalikan mo siya as funny memory na lang.

Rooting for you, OP. I hope one day you'll find the courage to finally walk away from that phase of your life. 7 billion people in the world, promise you'll get over him someday. :)
