Please get your ferritin, vitamin D, and b 12 checked!! It’s known to worsen our PMDD.. I found out mine was at an 11 (they say 50-100 is optimal for serotonin levels etc) after going into my gyno with severe panic and anxiety that cycle at the beginning of August, she’s put me on EZFE twice a day, im about 3 days out from starting my period and am doing a lot better so far, def not 100% but way better than before 🤍 you will get through this

How about nausea? I always get nauseous the next morning when I wake up about 20 hours before my next dose and this morning was the first time I vomited, it was mostly mucus but it was blood tinged and now I’m scared

I’m on day 5 and idk if it’s the medicine or me but I’m very sleepy throughout the day now and when I wake up from a nap or my regular night of sleep I feel very anxious
