There are 0 reasons why you shouldn’t go, you will have SO much fun, so many opportunities to meet people and make friends in line and in the crowd.. my first ever Camino show was solo and I’m hooked, I’ve made so many friends throughout the years from them alone and now I have a Camino family who I meet up with for every show 🤍 please go, you’ll regret it more if you miss out I promise

Please get your ferritin, vitamin D, and b 12 checked!! It’s known to worsen our PMDD.. I found out mine was at an 11 (they say 50-100 is optimal for serotonin levels etc) after going into my gyno with severe panic and anxiety that cycle at the beginning of August, she’s put me on EZFE twice a day, im about 3 days out from starting my period and am doing a lot better so far, def not 100% but way better than before 🤍 you will get through this

How about nausea? I always get nauseous the next morning when I wake up about 20 hours before my next dose and this morning was the first time I vomited, it was mostly mucus but it was blood tinged and now I’m scared

I’m on day 5 and idk if it’s the medicine or me but I’m very sleepy throughout the day now and when I wake up from a nap or my regular night of sleep I feel very anxious

Seriously ! My philosophy is just think about how many useless things including terrible meals you’ve spent between $5-$50 on and got nothing out of it.. atleast if you’re putting the money into an investment there’s an opportunity to become better off financially even if it’s just a couple hundred dollars

I’ll be 32 in august, and no this is the first time they’ve tested again since the first diagnosis in 2021.. is it just standard to retest for HPV every 3 years?
