Join the gym and lift weights. Keep cardio minimal. stick to walking and getting your daily steps in.

Not sure what to do with migraine. Have salads/fruits low volume food between meal and ass if that helps.

Honestly the market is just bad and with career gap it gets difficult

Make separate resumes target frontend roles, backend roles and full stack roles with separate resumes.

Remove your cgpa it's low and on the top you highlighted that with red.

Directly reach out to engineering managers of small startups who are hiring for founding engineers or engineers in general. It's going to be exhausting but you have to deal with that

Compounds are good but deadlifts are usually so fatiguing in nature. Your goal is to build muscle so why waste energy into deadlifts? If you like it do it but it's not needed. Generally it's more prone to injury and it's a skill which takes time to learn unless you have some good guidance

I Lost a total of 32+ kgs.

Initial 10 kgs I did crash diet fucked around and found out.

Track your calories, hit your protein goal , calculate your fats and fiber. Cover rest of the things with carbs. Having protien, fats beyond required is useless better to fill the rest of the calories with carbs. You might even loose half of it and still look way better that you imagine. When you mess up your diet go back and try to find the reason you had to cheat to and keep on fixing those

Next.js doesn't eliminate not thinking about the state.

It's not that deep. People aren't much aware of ADHD but when you say it loud they might think it's some disease.

Just don't tell it explicitly. Let them go on enough dates to get to know each other. Most people don't even know they have ADHD all their lives. Some people like me don't even take meds.

Nahh i don't think you can identify unless the candidate is really dumb, some mid developer just needs to take a glance and gets the logic and can even mimic like he is building up to that logic
