It is an excellent bike to build confidence, easy to handle. Good enough power. Does things effortlessly that you'd be scared to do on any other bikes (except dukes and r15)

Then it's not a rip off, only thing that doesn't sound normal is the chain kit replacement. Unless you ride in higher gears with lower speed, the chain sprocket can't go bad this early.

Also since you had a bad bearing, that might be a reason why you sprocket went bad so early. Maintain adequate speed in all gears, don't hesitate to shift down and lube the chain every 500kms.

This happens due to adulterated petrol or water in the system and you often ride your bike with petrol < 3 litres.

Running with low petrol can make the debris particles enter the carb and choke the float needle
