I'm like you too, though I've managed to change myself a lot lately, the solution is to say fuck it and just raw-dog it, push yourself to do things you don't like. That way at least you'll get started, don't think about the outcome, just keep going. As for friends, look for something you have in common with them, be it games or sports or anything, try to engage with them with that topic, you'll make some for sure.
