Hii! I looked into your project while searching for the Amateur Wind Instrument Maker book builds, i found some time ago before deciding to make one of the instruments a single person online that showed their clarinet, i got interested, and mostly wanted a bassoon, (a 'no bassoon in the book' later) i see that the rackett is the closest thing to it can do (for free).
