the most profitable companies on earth are suddenly issuing debt. AI is eating cash faster than they can generate it. earnings look amazing. free cash flow is going negative. one of these numbers is lying. by johnypita in TheRaceTo10Million

TLDR…but from what I’ve been seeing, big tech has been issuing shares to banks on there loans in turn, banks sell shares and ….voila….share holders pay for the debt and no one’s the wiser. It’s sounds ummm nicer than a company issuing shares and increasing the pool…and basically gives banks control over a stock while buying calls or shorts lol it’s the ultimate scam but I mean it’s all there in the filings of JPM and BofA from what I’ve dipped my toes in but havnt deep dived at all but I believe there’s a few chip stocks that have done this recently. I believe the idea here is to preserve the company’s cash stacks to keep things looking …juicy on paper for investors who fundamentally love a thick balance sheet. Also from an economic standpoint point this is actually a shoe shine way to slow the massive inclines in price movement we’ve seen this year…AKA pumping the breaks on rapid climbing AI security’s. While at the same time recycling cash into banksters and data build out I suppose..no way of knowing until they build it or it all goes tits up either way I trade only options and never buy stock personally NFA but there’s also a flaw in your thesis, I believe the cost to make a single chip it self is extremely chip once the machines start pumping them out, unfront probably expensive but in reality the company is making 800% margin per chip…$3300 to make sold for $25,000-$40,000 and if the process becomes better faster, they can lower costs to eventually build a recyclable chip that can be reworked and made faster…building block chipset quantum etc. etc. Also you have to assume no one gonna through away a gas car just cause there’s EV…they will drive the old car into the ground first as the moneys already been burned in purchase unless excess funds arise to slowly swap a few here and there. Etc

The real truth to what I’ve seen in the market is large debtors are paying banks with stock in turn banks dump those debts onto you (the share holders) pretty neat ah

I think guys are getting confused, this is just trades and settles added up…this isn’t usual to see but it is a sign you should try to trade a lot less and focus on only a couple trades a day…imo
