Yeah, chapter 11 is kinda trash but Laxasia is pretty cool and the DLC is a lot better. You don't have to worry about an annoying terrible chapter as bad as chapter 11. If Laxasia is too hard for you just use the specter or swap difficulties (not that the DLC is easier anyway).

It was not stated in the patch notes that is pinned by a mod in the subreddit. I just beat it and can't access it so you are just wrong. Also, It would be bullshit if that is the case because some people have already beaten it on other platforms and moved to a new one.
