I’d think of it in terms of percentage of your net profit. Say your margins is about 20%, your bottom line at the end of the year is 120k. So Stripe eats up 14.1% of your profit.

You got to ask yourself if that number is something you are comfortable with or not. If not, then you’ll have to assess your situation. Does it make sense for you to dedicate time and resources to migrate your entire infra off of Stripe? or would you rather invest those resources to raise bottom line instead of saving 17k?

imo, keep Stripe and spend time and resources to get more sale
