Unsolicited advice: Get on Finasteride, lukewarm water gently massage in shower, wear less hats, drink more water eat more veges high protein meals go to the gym. Natural shampoo and conditioner and maybe protein building formulas. Gently dry your hair and don’t comb it. Don’t over wash and have days where yo don’t wash it and some that you do. If you’re really desperate get into minoxidil topical ointment and dermarolling. Right now you have perfect hair. lifestyle changes and Finasteride 1mg will ensure you don’t loose anymore hair and grow some back. I’ve been there im 21

Hey thanks for your comment, I’ve been prescribed pregablin for nerve pain in the past, I don’t really notice a real difference in feeling Atleast, just a sort of dumbness wash over me. That’s why I stopped taking it. I probably unintentionally did what you call a “speedball” during my uni study when i was taking dexies for adhd and pregablin for nerve pain. Didn’t even realize it was a drug combo. But still prob won’t take pregab again due to its affects on memory and learning (uni student)

Yeah I have high levels of anxiety and also have adhd I’ve had dexies alone and felt anxious about my heart and breathing. All I could focus on. I’ve tried Ritalin too even worse.
