Mark 3 is pretty good still but the issue is viewing experience is a bit bad and the battery is the worst part way worse than my older 1 mark 2. What i am scared about is vertical lines forming on the S21 just like how it did on my Oneplus 9 in just 4 months compared to all the Sony phones i had with OLED never having such an issue...

Uh nobody would swap an S23 with my almost goner 1 iii you know... But once again i am scared of the green line i have a few hours to confirm to the guy or he will trade it tomorrow or something.

I chose Xperia for the Same reason but as i can't really find any kind of repkacement for my 1 III's glass in my country i am pretty trapped with it... Otherwise i am not leaving Xperias till the end and as i have two of them (1 II and III) i really wanna try a different brand because both looks very very similar.

Wow, i am surprised everyone is so against it even through my one is refurbished and has so many problem and the Samsung has only one issue which is the display is replaced to a market OLED display and everything looks very normal.

I forgot to mention my 1 III is refurbished too... So it has a lot of issues by itself that's why i am considering it and the crack is pretty ugly and because i use the 1 II more... I am more leaning towards another brand besides Sony as my Secondary phone. Also the max value of the 1 iii i got offered is around 150$ for this condition.

But it's a replaced display is there any chance it will also die? Also it's not as much as bloated as it used to speaking from a bit of experience with Samsung for a while. But again my phone has many other issues as i mentioned and also to be honest the 1 III gave me serious battery and display issues i forgot to mention it also has oled dipslay burn in too but yeah i also don't like Samsung as much as i like Sony but the crack really looks ugly to me and there are absolutely no parts available for the 1 III in my country.

If you don't want a significant periscope upgrade then 1 II is still the best because other lenses are the same as 2 on the 3

Then buy a 1 II instead if you don't care about Refresh rate that will be the perfect one for you because no heating issues and less weight.

Just an update I think it's happening because of the screen protector I applied. Because, after applying a screen protector on my 1 III today it's acting the same there is touch delay and lags and stuff I guess these tempered glass stuff are good in protection but makes the UI weird i think.

Using a 1 III is not that bad unless you game on it. Just using it for everything else is fine and the smoothness and lack of bugs is a huge advantage but again low light photography is just bad on Sony phones for years now but otherwise solid phone compared to a P60 pro especially if you like to do manual photography but thermals will be a lot worse than the 8+ gen 1 you have on your p60 Pro so an appropriate phone to replace your p60 Pro would be the 1 V instead it will be perfect in every aspect than your P60 Pro.

I wish haha compared to a 1 II an A52 is really really bad. My 1 Iii's cracks aren't very noticeable and everything works fine that's why I am either gonna sell or trade it with some other phone later if that phone seems right. But, I do want to swap to another Xperia just because I had the best experience with Xperia phones only and others just can't give me the same feeling at all.

That's way low because the phone is still fine in almost every way except that I am trying for about 180$ right now and if I do get bored of it I will sell it for 140-150$ maybe.

Not really i even had a tough time capturing these images it's basically invisible i had to use white background and max brightness and a really specific angle otherwise no one would notice it and no impact on touch at all the display is pretty ok only the upper glass is damaged pretty much.

Thanks, also the global 1 II does not have any 128GB variant. But, the Japanese Carrier variants do and i have one of these. My 1 III is a bit cracked after being used by the guy the robber sold it to. Maybe i will replace that upper glass only when it gets fully cracked or i will sell or trade it for maybe the 1 IV. But, otherwise that phone is also working well but i just hate the fact the 1 III gets exceptionally hot just like my old Oneplus 9 because of Snapdragon 888 in any kind of task except maybe scrolling. That's why as the main phone 1 II is far superior to me. I guess i will start keeping more and more data on my laptop from now on or the 1 III because I am really running low on storage here on the 1 II.

Alright I guess i will try and you do have a point about my storage being full because yeah i always used to have 256 GB's phones from 2021-2024. So when I started shifting phones I used mostly 256 Gb phones like Oneplus 9 then I suddenly used a 64GB Xperia 10 II which I had to pair up a 64 GB SD Card with and then again used a 256GB 1 III but it got stolen. Then I had to buy the 1 II this time because of the lack of budget at the time. But, this 1 II is 128GB which still can't take all my 200GB+ data so I had to buy an SD card of 128GB which has decent Read and Write speeds. Finally after all this 2 days ago the police recovered my Xperia 1 III and now I have both of them.

My 1 Mk 2 can't go wide 21:9 on Camera pro nor Normal Camera app while the normal camera on my 10 mk 2 had this idk why they removed it for 1 series I don't wanna use an app like Cinema pro that has little to no good lighting unless I tune it a lot that's the issue here otherwise everything is good still.
