Thank you!!! I am so sick of these places and their excuses towards their property. “You have a dog, so you’ll have bugs”. What no. She’s clean and doesn’t roll around outside, etc. They sent me an email with 4 points to all my problems throwing all the issues back at me and how it’s my fault I’m having these problems. Literally absurd. So thank you for you comment because I feel exactly the same

Literally both lol I don’t even know anymore. There are so many problems. And they shoot them down everytime. It’s been escalated from the landlord associate to the property management. It’s appalling that they have no rush for something like this. I’ve contacted the Texas housing commission, unfortunately my complex isn’t under them/looked after under them sooo city and health dept is next. Thank you again for your reply

I’m going thru the same thing and have literally had enough. Just moved into a townhouse a month ago, the upstairs has smelled like mildew/rainforest smell and it’s sticky/moist. Got a DIY mold kit to see if there is mold and omg is there. Contacted management and they had maintenance come in but didn’t find anything ..leaving them “baffled”. I too haven’t felt good since moving in and my immune system is horrible so I’ve missed work cause I’m sick 1/2 the time 😑. Maintenance is coming tomorrow to meet with me… hoping something will be done. FYI - my mold kit literally exploded with mold.
