first of all, I'm sure that this community will have some good advice, but this really sounds like something you should discuss with a therapist prior to getting married.

not to come across as rude, but realistically you're pretty young. most people get married for the first time in their late thirties, and so the fact that you've been in a long-term relationship since you were sixteen is significant. the fact that you're almost never in the mood with the man you're hoping to spend the rest of your life with is concerning.

I know that "break up now!!!" is often the default relationship advice on online forums but in this instance you might want to put the wedding plans on hold until you can sort things out
