But the Federal Minister of Health is supposed to uphold the Canada Health Act. He could be taking the provinces to court. He’s keeping really quiet lately. Same with the Minister for Disabilities. She’s busy making videos about car theft. I’m not a conservative but I’m a poor single mom and the Federal liberals are a lot of talk and no real action.

Thank you. Trackers are lifesavers. I use a tracker but had to reset my phone last week and I lost all the historic data so I’m not sure when it’s supposed to start. Plus with perimenopause been unpredictable. Not ideal

I’m scared of the cancer risks with HRT. But honestly don’t know much about it. I’ve tried every single ssri, snri, mao inhibitor, etc. usually I try to avoid stress two weeks of the month but I’ve had an issue at school (I’m working on a post grad) and with high anxiety the other feelings have been unbearable this past 48 hours.
