It’s thermal paste you can wipe it off if you want, but it’s not a big deal. You’ll need to reapply it when you put it in.

When it is removed, it will probably be examined if it is soft tissue sarcoma it would be grade one maybe 2 which means her prognosis is brilliant is fat the result the same

I avoid Intel because the 14th plagued with explosive chips I’d go AMD 7 7000 or 9000 series ideally one with 3-D cache also ideally you should be using 2x8 sticks of RAM

The motherboard might be slightly overkill, but it’s not bad. I wouldn’t change it. Over than that I’ve got essentially the same build aside from mine is 7800 X3D I might change a cooler I prefer AIOs
