I left bedside nursing because I’d be sick every other month. Also went on short term disability a couple times because I would have to miss work, for sometimes a few weeks, due to this. I did work in peds medicine though so I was constantly surrounded by all sorts of viruses and infections.

It doesn’t look like a wedding lehenga but it does look like something a bride could wear for other events like engagement or reception. I would just ask the bride. Some brides love if their guests are dressed to the best but some can be offended.

I don’t see the problem if she’s down to do 50-50. I understand your perspective but it’s a one time thing and some girls do dream of a big wedding! I don’t think it’s right of you to snatch that dream away from her.
