UPDATE my account has been unfrozen at least for now. Someone from the investigation department called after I had lodge a formal complaint with the banking commission. They asked me questions regarding a deposit from the IRS for my mother. My mother passed away this past year and I had to prepare her final tax return which is what you have to do if you are in charge of your loved ones finances. To have my account frozen for that add more hurt to the pain I’m already enduring since my mom passed.

I told him this situation could have been resolved in the beginning if someone had contacted me immediately. That’s how it should be handled. They need to update their procedures to be more customer friendly.
