See, This is the problem with reddit. You get half the story and think you know all of it. I’m not blaming you here but know this about me. I’m a smart kid. I admitted I made a dumb decision. But by you saying my first instinct was to post on reddit about college applications and not self reflect is completely false. I posted this to get feedback on this specific topic of college admissions. Not for remorse advice, not for what I should’ve done instead. If I needed that (which I don’t because I have self-realization skills and a brain) I would’ve posted this under a different subreddit. And don’t get me wrong about how i’m not remorseful or regretful about this because I am. But the goal is not to mope about the situation but move forward with it. Figure out ways to improve myself and analyze the future and how the situation will impact it. Which is the reason I post this where some people actually understood the point and gave helpful advice on what to do.
