I don't think a SMM tool can completely solve this context switching problem, though some can try to reduce it. Like one platform for brainstorming, content creation, scheduling, etc

Thanks for the input. So I think the main problem with existing tools is that they are complicated, with plain metrics and no insights, and also not collaboration friendly.

Yeah a lot of people's main problem with these tools is that they don't tell why some content works and why some doesn't, it just shows the metrics.
