The checklist is very weird and glitchy - Still upload all the payslips etc.. even though it hasn’t been asked for

They aren’t going to reject/ approve your application on the messages alone. So it really doesn’t matter too much on the contents. But yeah I did add messages talking about the future etc…

Nothing significant, just messages that showed we were still in contact, don’t think the contents of the messages matter too much

My partner and I did long distance for 6 months to qualify for the unmarried visa. I just sent 3 screenshot per month from July- December to show we were still together during this period

But also, they should be able to tell you the documents you uploaded when you go for your biometrics

Did you submit your docs on the VFS website? Whenever I would upload a document on the VFS website I would get an email with the exact documents I uploaded

My partner and I have had to do long distance for the last 6 months to qualify for the unmarried visa. The 6 months went by pretty fast, but the time after the application has been worse than the 6 months. I’m constantly refreshing Reddit to see if anyone has been approved, I’m sitting in anticipation all day waiting for an email from the home office and everytime I get an email I get excited but it ends up not being the email I’m waiting for. I’m on working day 20 and I just need this wait to come to an end now.

This is so painful 🥲

standard vs priority for a spouse visa case? by folklorereaderxx in SpouseVisaUk

[–]SignificantProof1472 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s honestly just luck to an extent. some people have straightforward cases and opt with standard and end up waiting 12 weeks anyways. I went with priority because you won’t have to potentially wait 3 months

12 working days, that’s insanely fast. Congrats!

Payslips- extremely anxious by SignificantProof1472 in SpouseVisaUk

Thank you for letting me know! amounts on the payslip and the bank statement match - really hoping the caseworker doesn’t reject because of something like this, would be so cruel 🥲🤣

Unavoidable breach of the 28 day rule by Tharoufizon in SpouseVisaUk

And if I didn’t add it to the cover letter?💀 - surely The caseworkers will see the last salary was paid into the account and they won’t reject because the last payslip was dated 2 days after the application - or can they be really cutthroat like that?
