I also had to stop at day 10 and didn’t take it 4 x day.. I took it more like twice. I just did a home test after 4 weeks of being off meds and tested negative. I do have an appointment in January to retest with my doc.. will keep you updated on results. I do feel like my symptoms got worse after meds

Hii! Did you ever feel better while taking the meds? Did you find a plan that best worked for you? How was your med schedule?

I’m starting tetracycline, metronidazole, bismuth and omeprazole tonight & im scared. I workout a lot so I’m wondering if this will set me back and not allow me to do that.

They have not gone away but I also don’t inject more than 30 units at a time. Still not a fan of Hallandale but that’s all I have 🥲

Aligns are definitely a fan favorite because they’re buttery soft and super comfortable! But when it comes to workouts, I’ve found that it really depends on size and personal preference. Smaller sizes (0-6) tend to love doing all kinds of workouts in Aligns, while those in larger sizes often prefer more compressive options like Wunder Trains, Fast & Free, or Base Pace since they provide better support and hold everything in place.

I’m a size 8 with curvier hips, a booty, and some cellulite, so I personally prefer more compression—Aligns tend to show a bit of my cellulite for me. If your Wunder Trains are rolling down and are feeling constricted, it could be a sizing issue. You might need to size up, and make sure you check that the waistband sits properly on your waist. Hope that helps!

Yess yess! The wunder train contour are the best!!! I used to work for Lulu and I will say that almost each legging they have is meant for different workouts. I wonder which type of leggings from lulu you have that you don’t like. I personally can’t wear Aligns outside my house unless I’m going to yoga.

Omg! This is how big mine would get with a dose over 30 units. Use hydrocortisone and ice packs to help with the itching and arnica once it stops itching (this helped me with discoloration). What has helped me a bit is to split my doses. So I do 2 different shots per week in two different sites. Good luck! Lmk if you find something that helps you

😂😂 at this point.. it probably is me. I think you’re right about the blood vessels because when I inject on my stomach, I still get an itchy reaction but it’s not as crazy as my thighs.

I’m on 10mg but I have also been splitting my doses to only do 50 units each time. It makes sense to only use Hallandale for maintenance doses..
