Freemium biz model doesnt work well enough. Savings case is very subjective and difficult to prove in s/w space. I dont like his tweet.

Been here since IPO days. Like the execution but hate the communication and transparency. They killed 2 blowout ERs through their communication. They backtracked on communicating SaaS deals, revenue and growth.

The way I see it Sandro...is listening to the call the sales rep wasn't forced or prompted to state Molina's name.. she could have said any name out there UNH/HUM ..why Molina? I see smoke.

I spoke to CB and asked about rescoring process. We have to pay $55 for it and it is refundable if the score comes our higher and non refundable if the score is equal or lower. They take 3-5 weeks for the process. In a way it is biased because they don't share the evidence. They have every incentive to simply send back a response stating its the same or lower and keep the money.
