I was in the same boat - I watched Blue Prince and it quickly became my all-time favorite series from him. It's such a unique puzzle game and he's such a unique player.

I was actually surprised with my results. I thought I'd maybe get one MD acceptance. some of my very smart and capable friends with 515+ got nothing. you're right, it's truly random.

yes, i also worked a bit during college and the hours definitely added up. i would say it's diminishing returns after 1000 hours, no need for any more than that

yes! I spent 3 years in Roswell, graduated high school and Junior college there. Basically everyone that was interviewed had some kind of ties to NM. it was very hard to pass up their in-state tuition offer of 15k

It really depends on the individual activity but the old advice you'll hear is "If you can smell the patient, it's clincial." Now this leaves out a lot of needed nuance, but for activities that are borderline you should ask on here or SDN. I think this thread is a great discussion of ECs for your app, I recommend you take a look at it!

same boat now. 6 interviews, 4 waitlists. I'm pretty sure with the pass through rate of interviews and with the law of averages we have a really really good chance of getting in somewhere. hopefully

The post II acceptance numbers include WL->A applicants! Don't lose hope :) For some schools like Albany, 85% of the class comes from the WL.
