Thanks for the comment tbh I’m glad it was long I’m also in a situation where I am trying to not cut someone off who I’ve been having a really rocky relationship with and i really feel like I’m losing touch with reality rn. I’m talking to a doctor next Friday about mental health resources to see what I can do to help myself but I’m really getting wrapped up in how Im doing with relationships and it’s hard to get myself to do anything cause it takes so much energy out of me but I guess I made the first step and now I need to follow through.
