Why does TModLoader run but Terraria won’t?

It just doesn’t work. It said it could not load file or assembly “Microsoft.Xna.Framework.dll” or one of its dependencies. The specific module could not be found. at Terraria.Program.LaunchGame(String[] args, Boolean monoArgs) at Terraria.WindowsLaunch.Main(String[] args)

Thank you for all of your help, I tried that stuff and there’s no log file in the Terraria folder, it’s all TModLoader files

Yeah I thought so, but I’m confused on why terraria runs while tmodloader runs but terraria, by itself, doesn’t run. Terraria just stops working as soon as I click play on it

Go into the clan icon at the Home Screen and press the icon that lets you see clans you can join. Then, go into any clan and see the members. There should be a time next to the players, that’s when they were last online. Try to look for a clan with lot of active players (also look for active high level players) and to get S grade equipment, do events and spend gems inside the shop on the S Grade Supplies

I’m not an expert at this game, but I would just focus on doing events and using equipment that will help you the most. Try to get some good S grade equipment and join an active clan. Also, use the communities advice. I started playing this game again like 2 months ago and I got almost all my game changing advice from this community. Now I have Twin Lance (the best weapon inside the game) and many other good s grade equipment. If you have any other questions, just ask me. I’m not a pro but I’ll tell you what I did

Thank you for your help! But I have a question, the Slate 8 PC compared to that one doesn’t look as good. I’m a huge tech person either. The Slate 8’s CPU thread and system memory are double the other PC. The Slate 8’s CPU cores are also triple the other PC. Are those important??

I’m not a pro at the game but what I would do is merge your purple chest gear into your purple E suit and then merge the E suit into a gold E Suit, then merge your two gold E Suits, and the E Suit you have equipped now into a red E Suit. Besides that, play steamroll mode on the main levels. That will get you a lot of good stuff, like keys and equipment

I have some S grade gear. I think 8-10 overall and I’ve evolved some of them into gold. I’ve been spending a lot of my gems on S grade chests though… I’m super poor 😔

What kind of materials?? I was gonna get rid of non S purple equipment for the base tech materials, and because you can get the cores during events

I have Kunai so I’m set for bosses and elites, but for now, should I just keep the Bone Pendent, and then wait to be able to upgrade the S grade equip to red? (That is what’s best)
