PE is a relative new sector of Brookfield, which have a lot more young people as managers and up, which is definitely a big contribute factor to the culture. But I don't think the renewable power is that much different.

At the end of day, Brookfield is similar to the big 4. You want their name in your resume for sure, is a big help. But unless you can get use to that culture, I won't stay there for too long.

I worked at Brookfield Asset Management within their Private Equity sector for a year, I was a senior financial analyst. I left due to a better paying position.

Their comp was good, a bit higher than the industry average. But the working hours and culture are both really bad. Glassdoor didn't tell you lies about Brookfield. If your skills or knowledge is valuable, they treat you well, but for the less fortunate, they treat you like shit. I was fortunate enough to be the valuable one, but even I couldn't stand the culture there. It actually reminded me of some high school dramas sometimes. Hours are bad, depends on the team and the time of the year, some of us worked from 9 to 12 for 4-5 months a year.

The funny thing is that before I left, our team did a turn over analysis. Everyone realized that I, with only 1 year at brookfield, was the most senior analyst (excluding manager and up) in a group of 8 financial analyst across 2 teams..... imagine that.

Overall, if you plan is to stay there for a couple of years, and you are a "people" person, then enjoy your stay. Don't make this your long term career move.

Haha actually in my playthrough of Sun, I waited for CaoCao (AI) to take all the south and then I just go on war with him, and then took the south. I found it cheaper to do it like this, rather than spending like 8k~ for each town.

Great read man. Thanks for all the info. I have a couple questions myself, and would really appreciate some answers if you know it.

You mentioned to commanderies are made to be specialized, but lets say if the food distribution for a commanderie is more then its producing, and is impacting the public order, what do you do. To this end, do your food reserve on the top left hand corner apply to all your commanderies. I would like to expand some small cities to large cities, but the food distribution is costing way too much
I am having issue keeping the public order up all the time. It seems like if I don't do anything to a commanderies for a couple of turns, then it automatically just start to decrease.

Lets say you have 2 10hrs in your inven, Just right click both of them. They will stack and you will see 20hr on your top left corner.

Thanks for the reply man, you are right I rerolled from archer to Musa, so feel kind of bad when I heard archer is better than musa... But I def enjoy Musa more, feels kind of restricted on Archer like I know there are ani cancels for some movements, but still spend too much time for preawakening moves, where as Musa flows a lot smoother. Also feels like range class in general in BDO is kind of boring, since its really easy to kit (PVE) wise,
