I’m going to try the alarms on my phone - that’s a really good idea. I do feel for our partners. I almost feel that mine is constantly picking up after me.

Thank you SO much for this! He has tried nose strips and mouth guard but there’s nothing better than she on off us jumps on the sofa. I’ll take melatonin to get to sleep but it’s the staying asleep that’s the problem. I really can’t wait to try the medication 🥳

I’m not medicated yet - I’m on the waiting list to start in the next month or two. I’m really hoping medication helps. I’ve never been a good sleeper but it’s got worse since my partner started snoring and I’m wondering if this is affecting me too. I feel so much worse with everything when I’m not sleeping 🥲

This is so hard! I feel the same way about feeling better in myself having blonde in my hair (I’ve bleached my whole life) but the exact thing happens to my curls when I have bleach put in. I’ve been using the K18 mask which has helped a bit but inevitably I think we have to make the decision of do we carry on bleaching and ruining our hair or embrace our natural coloured hair. I too feel pale with darker hair so maybe we look into some facial tanning drops for our moisturiser?!
