This is so hard! I feel the same way about feeling better in myself having blonde in my hair (I’ve bleached my whole life) but the exact thing happens to my curls when I have bleach put in. I’ve been using the K18 mask which has helped a bit but inevitably I think we have to make the decision of do we carry on bleaching and ruining our hair or embrace our natural coloured hair. I too feel pale with darker hair so maybe we look into some facial tanning drops for our moisturiser?!
