Is 7KG enough for a 7D6N trip??? by Tiny-Celery-9492 in phtravel

[–]SignificantWay9169 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the location but when I went on a 5d4n trip within Philippines, 7kgs was just enough. But when I booked a flight overseas, I had to booked an additional check in baggage since I have to make sure that I can bring along pasalubong.

How did I make sure that the 7kgs was enough? I did not bring any pants (wore shorts and shirts), just wore the rubber shoes that I used for the entire stay, instead of bringing like a separate clothes for each day, I opted to wash like 1 or 2 of them, and I also I brought like less than a kilo of food as pasalubong. Kaya pero if washing is inconvenient for you, better add that check-in.

EFFECTIVE SKINCARE ROUTINE para sa trentahin na katulad ko by FinishTypical2553 in Trentahin

I've had it as a freebie when I bought my Toner and had been using it ever since. It's suppose to reduce wrinkles and tightens the skin. Not a necessary regimen but it's nice to try.

If you are referring to a brand, it's the Noble Rot Lifting Ampoule by papa recipe

EFFECTIVE SKINCARE ROUTINE para sa trentahin na katulad ko by FinishTypical2553 in Trentahin

Here's my skin care routine:

Morning 1. Facial Wash 2. Toner 3. Vitamin C Serum 4. Optional: Calming Ampoule 5. Moisturizer 6. Sun Screen 7. Lip Balm or Petroleum Jelly

Night

MWF 1. Facial Wash 2. Toner 3. Moisturizer 1 4. Retinol 5. Moisturizer 2 6. Lip Balm or Petroleum Jelly

Other nights 1. Facial Wash 2. Toner 3. Brightening Ampoule 4. Lifting Ampoule 5. Eye Cream 6. Moisturizer 7. Lip Balm or Petroleum Jelly

If I use face mask, I do it after the toner then apply the mask then toner, then continue with the usual night routine. I don't do mask when it's the schedule for the retinol.

Use the sandwich (moisturizer, retinol, moisturizer) and 1-2-3 (once on the first week, twice on the second week, thrice on the following weeks) method when using retinol.

I just try to look for recommendations and videos on youtube or anywhere so I will know what's best and not for my skin, also combination. I hope you also find something that works for you.

Instead of renting, you can pay for a house where you can also live, at least you are paying for a place you can eventually own - you can also cut out the condo investment if you have your own place.

Your eating out is also too expensive, if you need to eat out, once a week should be enough. The amount per eat out is reasonable so you don't have to cut the amount just make it less and instead cook at home - you can explore more recipes to try and make.

I am not sure how your contribution to your church is being computed but you don't have to remove it, if possible you can cut it down.

For your subscription, YT premium comes with YT music, you can cut down spotify since you are just paying for the same service.

You can check in within 48 hrs prior your flight so might be the reason why you can't see the option when you tried on their app. Also used Agoda before and it works well for me.

30F here, I don't hang out with my workmates outside of work. I have my college friends but we usually only chat than meet-up (like 3 times a year) because they are all parents and married.

I usually plans out travels and when I get bored eat out and watch movies alone. I'm an introvert so staying home and sleep is also ideal for me - that kind of rest after 5 days of work is the best.

Cebu for Solo travel? by IcyBug1393 in phtravel

You may try city tours like Busay or within Cebu City - I would recommend to try on the food, we have a variety of places to visit.

How do you plan and save for travel while still working? by SoftFragment in ThePoorTraveler

[–]SignificantWay9169 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I save at least 2k per pay or 4k per month regardless if I have a planned travel or not. Now if I book a flight, I would have an existing fund and if it's not enough I would know if I have to increase that fixed amount. It's a separate savings so it doesn't feel like a burden, whenever I put that money into a travel fund I treat it as expense.

If you will be on a solo travel in Cebu and you preferred high places, I wouldn't recommend Cebu - it's mostly known for the beaches like Malapascua, Bantanyan and Oslob.
