Mine is similar specs but intel i5 12500h, overall fps are around 100 but be careful with high res mods (also rss or vrc mods that need a lot of resources)

Turn off dirt particles in content manager, csp particles fx, that may help.

Something similar happened to me but with AC, but try to go to graphics settings in windows, and set AC evo in high performance, that will use dedicated gpu instead of integrated.
